Our culture recognizes and values diversity and inclusion as the path to meaningful community and organizational excellence. We seek to sustain an inclusive culture that fosters equitable participation for athletes and administrators from diverse backgrounds.
Dimensions of diversity include, but are not limited to: age, race, sex, class, creed, educational background, religion, gender identity, disability, gender expression, geographical location, income, marital status, parental status, sexual orientation and work experiences.
We ask players, captains, board members and referees who may have, or witness, an experience contrary to this culture to report concerns to league leadership in whatever way they are most comfortable doing so. Anonymity will be respected, and we will address all offenses to the best of our ability, but willingness to provide contact information will allow conversation and help us ensure the most correct action is taken.
